I reached home at about 6.14pm today. Wow, it's been long time I can reach home before sunset! But throughout the journey back home, I almost hit the car in front of me as I pressed the brake lightly. Thank God my brake still functioning well, else I'll be injured and hospitalized now!!!
Then, at about 6.30pm, I received a call from my former college, Tunku Abdul Rahman College. The lady asked that whether I still interested to get the lecturer post or not at their college. Well, I applied that few months ago (few days before I started my current job).
I felt disappointed and happy at that moment. Why? Disappointed because they called at such a late timing. I was glad because I still have some qualification to become a lecturer!! Yeah!!! I'm not blaming them on called me at such a timing, as I understand their selection process must be very strict and careful. This make me feel even better!!!
So, I told the lady that I really interested to take that post but I'm bonded by current company. I also thanked her for her interest in me! After I hung up the phone, I told my parents about it, and they also said they should have call me earlier!! Well, I just take it as God's Will and now is not the suitable time for me to work as a Lecturer! I believe God has a greater plan for me. Amen.
