Many FIRST TIME I did today

Today was a lovely Sunday where I did many things first time. :D

I met up with Pei Yee and Marianne who reached Kuala Lumpur last night. So, we met at the church and right after service, we had lunch fellowship with PJ brothers and sisters. We plan to proceed to our original plan which we'll go to Sungei Wang Plaza. However, there's some changes and eventually only me and Pei Yee will go to Sungei Wang Plaza.

Initially, I quite worry cause I afraid that I'll lost in the jungle (KL) if I drive on my own without Marianne's guide. But I took a deep breath and prayed in my heart asking God to help me not to get lost on my journey to my destination!!!

Before I start my journey, I had to wait for Pei Yee to pack her luggage. So, while I waiting for her, I called up my God mother (mak angkat) and greeted her Happy Mother's Day and asked her to take good care of herself. Well, she's happy and we had a small talk. Then, I called my grandmother too and did the same thing. She's happy too. I believe I never greeted both of them Happy Mother's Day on such a special day as previously we might have dinner together or just ignored it for some reasons. But today, I just felt that I must at least called and greeted them. I felt happy and hope that I'll do more things to really meant what I said to them. This is my 1st First Time.

Then, I start to explore the journey from Taman Bahagia, Petaling Jaya to Sungei Wang Plaza with Marianne's guidance. Actually, I didn't really remember all the guidance and instruction given by Marianne, and the main instruction I got is just use Federal Highway and I'll reach my destination. So, I did. I did drive to wrong road and make few U-turns along the way. I tried my best to analyse which route to go and which road sign that I follow can lead me to the right destination. I thought I can reached the shopping complex by myself, but I did called Marianne few times to double confirm or seek more help from her. :D

Since she suggested me to park at BB Plaza, so I did. Then, I told Pei Yee that we can go to Sungei Wang Plaza using this BB Plaza. So, I thought we need to walk quite a distance to reach there. So, we walked for about 5 minutes like that and I heard some road shows being held at the complex. Then, we went to see what road shows was that lo. Then, suddenly, I realized that we actually inside the Sungei Wang Plaza. hahahahha.. Then, Marianne said both Sungei Wang Plaza and BB Plaza are connected. Hahaha.. How I know la since I'm an alien to this city!!! So, my 2nd First Time was I drove to Sungei Wang Plaza myself and parked my car there.

After accomplished my mission at Sungei Wang Plaza (helped my little brother to get his uniform), Pei Yee said wanted to buy some formal clothes for herself. So, we started to survey which shop should we go and try out some clothes. But we didn't found any of it, and being lazy, Pei Yee called Marianne for help. Marianne suggested us to shop at Sogo. I agreed but I never drive from Sungei Wang Plaza to Sogo! So, this is my 3rd First Time lo!

I almost drove to wrong direction this time but thank God I just felt that I should follow the monorail route and proved that I was right and again we managed to reach to Sogo complex lo. And parking my car at Sogo complex was my 4th First Time.

My 5th first time was I accompanied Pei Yee to search for her clothes. I'm not a shopping fans and seldom go shopping at all unless I had a clear goal to shopping. I thought I'll pengsan or felt dizzy (I always felt like that when I was in a shopping complex), but at the end I made it through and we had a fruitful shopping time. Pei Yee bought 3 shirts and 1 coat and with a free gift too.

Oh, we did some silly thing there too. As we using the escalator, we smell something nice and we concluded that it was the smell of herbal tea egg. Wow, the smell make us felt so hungry and we decided to buy it. However, we couldn't find the place that selling it. So, we went and trace the source of that smell by going up and down using the escalator and yet we failed to identify the source. Then, we gave up and proceed to shop lo.. What a crazy act we did but it's fun though!!!

Then, I sent Pei Yee to take monorail and we separated from there. I went and pick up my dad at his working place after that. So, I think I drove a big round from my house to PJ, PJ to Sungei Wang Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza to Sogo shopping complex, Sogo shopping complex to Selayang and lastly from Selayang back to my house!!!

It's kinda tiring to drive whole day like this but I really enjoyed spending time with Pei Yee. I really miss my 2nd home at Kuching... huhuhu...
